Innovative thinking. Act clearly. Shaping the future.

My name is Karin Scheeff-Plessing. I was born in 1965 to a family with a small, medium-sized business. After leaving school, I studied business administration at the University of Tübingen and graduated with a degree in business administration.

I started my career at a medium-sized bank, where I worked as a project manager and board advisor, with particular responsibility for strategic issues. I then took over the management of a diversified SME portfolio, which comprised a multi-hectare industrial site with various commercial uses. Under my leadership, a structured withdrawal from the market was successfully planned and implemented - including the sale of the sites and their superstructures.

With my own workshop for corporate development, I dedicate myself to the development and optimisation of innovative corporate strategies and the design of products, services and business models. The focus here is on the application of modern innovation methods to create solutions that both fulfil the needs of customers and ensure the long-term success of the company. I also work as an IHK lecturer for strategy and innovation.

In addition to my professional activities, I am also involved in voluntary work and am an active member of the Johannes Kepler Lions Club, where I currently hold an office. I also contribute my expertise to local politics. I spend my free time travelling, enjoying the fresh air or visiting museums to cultivate my passion for culture and for the dynamic, ever-surprising natural world.

I look forward to a collaboration characterised by trust and mutual recognition and assure you that you can always expect commitment and reliability from me.
