The source of power for change does not lie in the realisation that change is necessary, but in the tangible idea of what the situation should look like once the change process is complete.

My name is Ingolf F. Brauner, and I would like to introduce myself briefly. I was born in 1959 to a family of craftsmen. After graduating from high school, I studied electrical engineering in Berlin and cybernetics in Munich. Today I can look back on over 30 years of independent business experience, e.g. in setting up an international high-tech start-up, founding and managing a group of companies for corporate information management, setting up a system house association and managing a large business association. I have also gained project experience in business and politics at Bavarian, German and European level and founded an academy for trainees with over 30 locations. Shortly after the millennium, I developed today's CAVISSO method for sustainable change, which has been successfully applied in a large number of projects to date and is being continuously optimised. In 2013, I founded the CAVISSO company to make this knowledge available to all interested companies and organisations.
