Mediator, systemic coach, certified mediator wingwave © -Coachin - In my work I have been shaping change processes in companies for many years - practical, structured and with a keen sense of what lies between the lines.

With clarity, structure and sensitivity, I support people and organisations in entering into constructive dialogue with each other – before small misunderstandings lead to a chaotic jam session in which everyone plays their own solo and the common beat is lost.

As a trained mediator in accordance with the German Mediation Act, I support management teams, departments and operational areas in dealing with conflicts and tensions. My focus is on developing sustainable solutions, strengthening trust and promoting a co-operative approach.

Company succession is particularly close to my heart: a topic that requires both heart and brain. I support family businesses and managers with sensitivity and experience so that the handover does not become an excessive burden and a new, sustainable arrangement emerges from many voices. 

I also offer training in communication, (international) etiquette, conflict management, resilience and stress prevention. With the neuroscience-based wingwave © method, I help individuals to develop mental strength, release blockages and realise their potential in a targeted manner.
