IN VINO VERITAS: New dialogue format
Conversations that work: With „IN VINO VERITAS“, German Mittelstand e.V. creates a space for reflection, exchange and leadership with attitude.

With „IN VINO VERITAS“, German Mittelstand e.V. has launched a new dialogue format that deliberately focuses on attitude, reflection and personal exchange. The premiere took place in a small circle in the Eataly cookery studio in Munich's Schrannenhalle. The conceptual lead was taken by German Mittelstand e.V., with Andreas Keck as the creative initiator.

The focus was on experiences rather than theories and orientation rather than staging. The evening's guest panellist was Patricia Riekel, long-time editor-in-chief of BUNTE, who characterised the exchange with clear language and great personal aplomb. One thought ran through the evening: Effectiveness has no expiry date.

Why this is relevant for SMEs:

Decision-makers in particular need spaces in which leadership is not accelerated, but reflected upon. „IN VINO VERITAS“ creates such a framework - beyond the day-to-day business, close to the people.
